About the Opportunity

MCL Talent Partners is seeking a dependable, hard-working professional in the greater Wichita area ready to leave behind manual labor, exhausting shift work, or dead-end retail roles.

Our partner firm believes strictly in promoting from within. Every single leader starts in this exact entry-level role, learning the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor. No prior corporate or office experience is required.

Daily Focus

Connect face-to-face with local business owners to understand what their teams need.
Deliver simple, straightforward presentations explaining supplemental insurance options available to employees.
Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact to support your clients over the long term.
Take full ownership of your daily schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.

Qualifications Transferable Skills

Backgrounds as shift supervisors, warehouse leads, crew foremen, restaurant captains, or assistant managers excel here.
Honest communication skills and a genuine interest in building professional relationships.
Coachable attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to complete state licensing (study materials provided).

Compensation Schedule

**Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
**Setting: Client-facing / In-person
**Earnings: 100% performance-based commission model
**Target First-Year Earnings: Historical average of $48,200 – $90,100+ for entry-level trainees.
