Attendant, Housekeeping (Private Homes)

Job Summary Primary responsibilities are to provide quality service in all Private Homes and Private Home Public Areas (PA). Colleagues in this role must demonstrate genuine concern for Homeowners and Colleagues while ensuring a friendly, safe, efficient and professional service. Key Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for deep cleanliness of Private Homes, PA and HOH spaces and venues in any assigned section. Exceed Homeowner expectations of housekeeping services. Responsible for the cleanliness of homesm public areas, and Heart of House spaces. Ensure that all spaces are cleaned in accordance with One&Only standards. Perform scheduled housekeeping services for homeowners in Private Homes. Meticulously adhere to the standard operating procedures pertaining to cleaning, sanitization and set up in Private Homes/ PA and HOH spaces. Adhere to homeowner preferences while cleaning individual homes. Adherent to the company’s standards regarding dress and appearance Extend appropriate greetings to all homeowners, guests and colleagues at every opportunity, using names whenever possible Ensure that all equipment is properly cared for, cleaned and correctly stored Ensure Private Homes cleaning supplies are stocked and notify management when orders are needed. Carry out off-season deep cleaning and other cleanliness projects as needed. Ensure that all scheduled homeowner services are ready at time specified Inform In Room Dining team when room service trays need to be removed Ensure that the Compendium, In Room Directory, Resort booklets and Spa flyers are up to date and in good condition in any assigned section Assist with resort housekeeping guest room and public area services as needed. Ensure that Linen, Towels and other supplies are distributed to the sections and to the Linen Room Report timely any flower arrangements that need replacement Ensure supplies, amenities and linens are replenished as per standard Ensure that equipment is always clean, presentable, well maintained and in good repair Ensure ice machines and dishwashers are clean and sanitized Ensure that home glassware and cutlery are always cleaned and sanitized to standards Maintain safe work practices as per the Health and Safety SOP Ensure that all HOH corridors, fire staircases, toilets, changing rooms, offices, shower areas are kept clean as per SOP Adhere to chemical utilization as per the Chemical training SOP Ensure all defects are reported immediately to Executive Housekeeper and Director of Private Homes Develop a positive working relationship with all colleagues and departments to facilitate a team-oriented atmosphere Responsible for the assigned Master Key Report all lost and found items and follow SOP to ensure proper storage and follow up Adhere to grooming standards as set by One&Only Moonlight Basin Attend training courses as required and continually strive for the improvement of own knowledge and skills To assist with any other duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper, Director of Private Homes or another member of the management team Skills, Experience And Educational Requirements Previous cleaning experience may be an advantage, but not generally required Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night shift Strong knowledge of all Hotel facilities, their service and working hours Mantain positive attitude at all times Benefits Full-Time Year-Round Medical insurance - 80% of premium paid by employer Health Savings Account with $50 employer contribution per pay period Dental, vision & life insurance - 100% of premium paid by employer 5 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off) 8 paid holidays Uniform provided & complimentary laundering Complimentary transportation to/from resort Complimentary meal per shift Subsidized housing based on availability Discounts at F&B outlets on property 14 nights per year at $100/night* at Kerzner Properties worldwide Winter season includes complimentary ski pass to Big Sky Resort based on availability OR $225 reimbursement towards gym membership Seasonal Uniform provided & complimentary laundering Complimentary transportation to/from resort Complimentary meal per shift Subsidized housing based on availability Discounts at F&B outlets on property Winter season includes complimentary ski pass to Big Sky Resort based on availability OR $225 reimbursement towards gym membership Physical Requirements Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environmentfor extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr One&Only Resorts
