Senior Analyst, Aftersales BI Location: Franklin, TN Job Schedule: Full-time Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Aftersales BI to join our team in Franklin, TN. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating end‑user requirements into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strategize, brainstorm, and deliver innovative and visually compelling data solutions. Design, develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects. Manage data extracts, validate outputs, and perform detailed data analysis. Recommend and implement tools and strategies for efficient data storage within data marts and data lakes. Support OLAP and maintain analytics platforms to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and optimized for end‑user consumption. Lead end‑user testing efforts and develop database queries to assess impact, identify issues, and troubleshoot effectively. Drive iterative development processes and continuous improvement across team deliverables. Partner with business teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, definitions, and data elements through an electronic data glossary to support transparency and data governance. Perform and document data analysis, validation, and mapping/design activities by integrating and analyzing data from multiple source systems. Effectively manage multiple priorities, balancing concurrent projects while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the role. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Technology. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 6+ years of directly related professional‑level experience, including 5+ years of database experience. Experience with performance scorecard/KPI dashboards and data‑driven business analysis is required. Business, Aftersales, Purchasing, or Marketing experience highly preferred; technical automotive parts experience beneficial. Job Knowledge and Skill: Strong analytical skills, experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), in‑depth knowledge of data warehouse concepts, architecture, and best practices; advanced ETL development using SQL and Python; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; proficiency with mainframe applications; programming experience preferred.
