Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually Position Overview A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will be responsible for managing key accounting processes, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Analyze financial data and investigate variances to ensure accuracy. Maintain general ledger integrity and support financial statement preparation. Assist with audits and provide documentation requested by internal and external auditors. Support improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and timely resolution of accounting issues. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
