Location: Central Ohio – Columbus, Whitehall & Reynoldsburg
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Openings: 6

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapists to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The Clinical Therapist will provide therapeutic and clinical support while helping clients achieve their treatment and recovery goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to grow their clinical careers in a collaborative, supportive, and client-centered environment . Early-career/“green” counselors are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services within the
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, applicable mental health laws, and professional licensing requirements .
Develop and strengthen natural support systems within the community.
Promote positive community engagement, social connectedness, and healthy coping strategies.
Utilize positive reinforcement and progressive pro-social interventions to support client progress.
Provide care using a person-centered, strength-based, and culturally responsive approach .
Encourage clients to participate in community-based wellness and recovery planning.
Assist with program development and other clinical initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
