Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a full-time commitment during standard business hours, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Although the role is primarily remote, therapists will collaborate in an outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, duration, and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning their therapeutic goals with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide education and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure efficacy and relevance of interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine therapeutic approaches and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Community of Hope, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. Our approach focuses on understanding the unique circumstances of each individual, respecting their personal experiences, and guiding them toward healthier relationships and improved emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable establishing secure and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
