What You'll Do

Provide emergency care for patients in a critical access hospital setting
Take on a charge nurse role, overseeing clinical operations in the ER
Assist with floater assignments to Med/Surg and Stepdown units
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care during night shifts
Support patient triage, assessment, and treatment processes
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
Help ensure smooth unit operations and patient safety during high-stress scenarios

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in state of practice
Minimum 2 years ER experience, including charge nurse responsibilities
Experience in critical access hospital environment
Ability to float between ER, Med/Surg, and Stepdown units
Strong leadership skills and clinical competence

Preferred:

Prior charge nurse experience
Flexibility to work nights and weekend shifts
Comfort with multi-unit responsibilities and fast-paced environment
