Senior Coverage Counsel
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing legal counsel to the claims organization, the full-time Senior Coverage Counsel will research and deliver legal opinions on coverage issues related to various insurance policies, while working remotely or from the Worcester, MA office. Key responsibilities Research and provide legal advice on coverage issues arising from insurance contracts, including auto and general liability Prepare actionable coverage opinions for high complexity/exposure claims Collaborate with claim handlers and other departments to develop strategies for resolving coverage disputes and improving insurance products Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions Significant experience in insurance coverage law Strong understanding of insurance policies, particularly in liability and property coverage Experience in managing litigation related to coverage disputes Virtual Vocations Inc
