Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners as an Occupational Therapist near Sun Prairie, WI. In this in-person position, you’ll work closely with a caseload of 32 elementary and 4K students, primarily delivering direct services to about 24 children through the end of the school year (June 30th).

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin
• Experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric caseloads in healthcare or home health an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
• Positive, flexible approach and commitment to student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to approximately 24 students within a caseload of 32
• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ progress
• Document treatment sessions, monitor progress, and contribute to IEP development
• Offer consultation and support to classroom staff on OT strategies and accommodations
• Maintain compliance with all district and regulatory documentation requirements
