School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Location: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area

Start Date: ASAP

1. Assignment End Date: June 30, 2027
   Schedule: Full-time
   Setting: School-based, 4K–Elementary
   Work Arrangement: In person only

   We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting in the Sun Prairie area for the 2026–2027 school year.

   Position Details

   • Provide occupational therapy services to students in 4K through elementary school

   • Caseload of approximately 32 students

   • 24 students receiving direct services

   • 8 students receiving consultative services

   • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

   • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions

   • Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

   • Travel between school locations may be required, with sites located approximately 15 minutes apart

   Schedule

   • Full-time

   • In-person schedule

   • Start ASAP

   • Assignment through June 30, 2027

   • Remote work is not available

   Qualifications

   • Active Wisconsin OT license required

   • Occupational Therapist credentials appropriate for school-based practice

   • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

   • Strong communication and collaboration skills

   • Ability to work effectively with young students and elementary-age children
