NP/PA - Priority Care (WalkIn Clinic)

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk-In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative, well-supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.
Practice broad-scope urgent and walk-in care while enjoying a 4-day work week in a close-knit community known for outdoor access and work-life balance. Position Highlights- Full-time (1.0 FTE) Priority Care / Walk-In Clinic
- 4-day work week
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
- Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic
- Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures
- Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7
- Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden
- Dedicated Clinician Well-Being Program
- Onsite resources including:
- Behavioral Health
- Social Work
- ACC Clinic
- Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound)
- Diabetes education and nutrition services
- First-year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)
- Production-based compensation model with additional earning potential
