Inventory Control Technician

1st Shift RoleMonday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PMJoin a fast-paced operations team where you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the seamless movement of products throughout the facility. This role oversees inventory tracking, cycle counting, claims management, and account administration, while coordinating product receipt, storage, and shipping activities. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the supplies and resources needed to keep operations running smoothly.What You'll DoKeep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other recordsPut together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reportsDetermine stock supply and need for replenishmentLook into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issuesFind product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventoriesLook at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping orderReview files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged productsOperate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.What You'll BringAbility to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededPay Range:$19.18 - $32.40Why Lineage?
