PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR

Reports to: Project Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

Purchasing/Receiving: Checking in material, scan packing list into job folders, use packing list to complete BOM tracker, etc.
Track labor hours weekly in spreadsheet
Review AR Billing Packages
Assist with the data entry on all Project Logs
Daily Reports: Review and save in job folder daily, check for material needed, complete labor tracker when PM's aren't available
Request and review Purchase Orders for material
Timesheets: Review daily and add to spreadsheet, review for completeness and accuracy
Submittals: Create template, enter into Foundation, find cut sheets, qualifications, certs, put submittal together and send to customer
RFIS: Enter in Foundation, save in job folder, sent to PM, track/update
RFC: Enter in Foundation, save in job folder, sent to PM, track/update
Foreman Documents: Create foreman/lead tech agreements, get agreement signed by foreman/ lead tech, Director of Projects, and HR, etc.
Travel: Complete travel request forms, search for any flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
Schedule: Send schedule to daily and IET schedule, add schedule to call multiplier
Other Admin duties to support the Project Engineers and Project Managers
