Full-Time Emergency Department Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Key Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Contributes to a safe and healing environment, emphasizing quality improvement and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Licenses: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Additional Requirements: Ability to work safely, maintain alertness, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
