Role description Job Title : Salesforce Business Product Owner
Job Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Summary The Salesforce Business Product Owner is responsible for defining prioritizing and delivering Salesforce product features to meet business needs and drive organizational success Job Description
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team Gather analyze and document business requirements related to Salesforce products Define clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals Prioritize product backlog items to maximize value delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing IT and customer support Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Stay updated with Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices Support change management and training initiatives related to Salesforce implementations Roles and Responsibilities
Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback Manage release planning and coordinate deployment activities Analyze Salesforce usage metrics and identify areas for improvement Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organization Provide training and support to end users as needed Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Salesforce best practices
