Tax Manager

We are seeking a Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and planning in a family office environment. This role will manage tax staff, review complex filings, and work closely with shareholders and leadership on tax matters while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and review work of tax staff Review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and related entities Manage tax planning, compliance timelines, and quarterly estimates Prepare and review tax workpapers and projections Coordinate with external tax advisors and respond to tax notices Support estate planning and special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MS in Tax preferred 7+ years of tax experience, ideally in a family office or similar environment Strong technical knowledge of partnership, individual, and trust taxation Experience with quarterly/annual projections, payroll tax, W-2 and 1099 filings Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Technical Skills Microsoft Excel and Outlook ProSystem Fx Tax and BNA Income Tax Planner #J-18808-Ljbffr Ryan, Miller & Associates Executive Search
