Customer Service Representative

The Client Success Coordinator at Image360 Katy is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the coordination and execution of signage projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication across phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions, while understanding client needs and ensuring expectations are met with clear timelines and follow-through. The position also involves maintaining accurate project information in CRM systems, coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating closely with design, production, sales, and billing teams to keep projects on track. In addition, the role supports shop organization, assists with light production tasks, and helps foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities: Client Experience & Communication • Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and through email, text, social media, and WhatsApp • Understand client needs, provide guidance, and coordinate solutions • Schedule installations and appointments, send reminders, and follow up on payments and invoices • Deliver a high-quality, consistent customer experience from start to finish • Coordinate timelines between clients and internal teams, setting clear and realistic expectations Administrative Support • Enter and manage project details in CRM and project management systems • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments • Support daily office operations: scanning, printing, filing, and organization • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front office environment Design & Project Coordination • Collaborate with designers to ensure project files align with client expectations • Review and distribute design drafts for approvals and quoting • Maintain clear communication between Sales, Design, Production, Admin, and Billing teams Shop & Team Support • Assist with light production tasks as needed • Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment • Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented workplace Advanced Growth Opportunities Depending on your experience, you may also have the opportunity to: • Work with marketing tools and signage product strategies • Support business development and brand growth initiatives • Assist with digital and traditional marketing campaigns • Contribute to lead generation efforts (email, outreach, campaigns) • Coordinate with marketing partners to improve online visibility Qualifications: Required Competencies • Experience in fast-paced environments • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Basic understanding of graphic design tools/concepts • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Confident communicator, both in person and digitally • Able to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities quickly Preferred Qualifications • Experience in signage, print, or marketing • Knowledge of project management workflows Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
