This person will play an integral role in driving brand consideration, awareness and new customers to the brand. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their OOH expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and measuring global OOH plans. They have a strong understanding of the existing OOH landscape around the world, whilst keeping up on advances in technology, innovation, measurement, and research related to the industry.This role is remote in Los Angeles, CA.What You'll DoLead the development and executionofbrand OOH plansacross North America for Crocs’ key product stories ranging from the Classic Clog to Sandals to Cozzzy. Work cross-functionallyto ensure that OOH brand media campaigns and content support the seasonal integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth Collaborate closely with Brand Media team to ensure the role of OOH is aligned with overarching brand media strategy globally Creative ideation how to bring campaign to live in partnership with production teamPartner withinternal teams to ensure smooth transition from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. Frequent communication is required to facilitate alignment to the strategy and a high-functioning and collaborative partnership.
