Constituents served include individual donors, alumni, foundations, corporations, and friends of the University.Essential Job Functions and Performance IndicatorsThe intent of this job description is to provide a representation of the types of duties and level of responsibility that will be required of positions given this title. Employees may be directed to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.Job Responsibilities and ExecutionCoordinates annual giving programs and events, such as the Black and Gold BenefitManages a portfolio of annual giving prospectsOversees stewardship initiatives for assigned departmentCollaborates with the Director of Alumni Relations to coordinate alumni engagement initiatives such as reunions and departmental awards programsAssists with fundraising initiatives established by department leaders and Lindenwood’s Board of TrusteesRequests fundraising reports as neededCollaborates with the Senior Vice President for University Advancement and the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics to coordinate End Zone Club and VIP room events along with sport alumni engagement eventsCoordinates activities and outreach for the Lions Booster Club and other athletics donor programsService ExcellenceSupports the mission of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellenceModels, supports, and holds others accountable to the University’s valuesCultivates strong relationships with individual donors, alumni, foundations, corporations, and friends of the University for the purpose of growing engagement and annual giving supportCoordinates departmental donor acknowledgement and stewardship programCommunication, Teamwork, and CollaborationPlans programs that promote goodwill and foster relationships with community leaders; utilizes University stakeholders, including the president, as part of the cultivation processAdvises the Senior Vice President for University Advancement, the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, the Associate Vice President for Advancement and colleagues on internal and external constituency relationsJob may require other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications – An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
