Our growing Dublin, Ohio office is looking for a dynamic, full-time Human Resources Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at InnoSource.

What You'll Do

As an InnoSource Recruiter, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, making a tangible impact by:

• Partnering with Clients: Getting to know their teams, culture, and hiring needs so you can deliver candidates who truly fit.
• Sourcing Top Talent: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for openings across Ohio and nationwide.
• Driving the Full Talent Acquisition Lifecycle: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and strategically reaching out to passive candidates.
• Delivering Results: Thriving in a deadline-driven environment to meet client expectations and place top-notch associates.
• Championing Candidates: Coaching and supporting candidates through every step of their transition into new roles.
• Collaborating as a Team: Working alongside colleagues in a non-competitive, uplifting environment where everyone succeeds together.

 

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related people-facing role. Strong backgrounds in retail, customer service, or contact center environments are also valued.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build rapport, and a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and helping others succeed.
