Service Coordinator

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented, highly dependable Service Coordinator for a leading luxury automotive client in the Margate area. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless communication after automotive services are completed.

This position is ideal for an individual with a background in customer service or prior experience in an automotive service environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting.  

Location: Margate, FL area

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Job Type: Long-Term Contract with Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mandatory shift / Non-negotiable)
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days Off: Thursday & Saturday
• Start Date: Immediate Opening – Looking to fill as soon as possible!

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: background in customer service required; prior experience as a Service Coordinator or in an automotive dealership environment is strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone calls, text messaging, and professional emails.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems, dealership databases/CRMs, and messaging software.
• Availability: Must be able to work the required schedule including mandatory Sunday shifts (Sunday work is mandatory and non-negotiable).
• Urgency: Ready to interview and start immediately.

• Conduct outbound customer follow-up calls after vehicle service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Place outbound calls to confirm upcoming service appointments.
• Communicate efficiently with clients via outbound phone calls, text messages, and email channels.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, updating records and service logs with accurate information.
• Maintain a high standard of professional customer service representing top-tier quality standards.
