$750 sign-on bonus

We are adding a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to our team of property management and maintenance professionals at our newly constructed luxury apartment community in Covington, LA: Artesia apartments.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our apartment community. The Maintenance Technician role requires an understanding of electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as preparing apartments for new resident move-ins.

Maintenance Technician Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs for residents related to electrical, plumbing and appliances.
Make-ready vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
Troubleshoot and repair issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as a Maintenance Tech or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and teamwork.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.
Possess tools and reliable transportation (we can assist you with tools purchase if necessary).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Hourly pay, sign-on bonus and monthly bonus opportunities.
