Wound & Skin Care of Idaho is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to help lead daily clinic operations, patient flow, and front-office organization in our Idaho Falls clinic.

This role is ideal for someone with medical office leadership experience who can support providers, guide front-office processes, and help create a stable, patient-centered clinic environment.

The right candidate will be organized, professional, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily front-office operations and patient flow.

Support check-in, check-out, scheduling, and provider coordination.

Verify insurance, review coverage, confirm eligibility, and support accurate patient information.

Help maintain Electronic Health Record and Electronic Medical Record workflows.

Collect copays and support billing-related front-office due diligence.

Maintain supplies, forms, records, and clinic communication.

Support HIPAA compliance and front-office accuracy.

Help reduce miscommunication between clinical and administrative staff.

Create a positive first impression for patients and a reliable operational flow for the clinic.

What We’re Looking For

Prior medical or clinical office experience.

Prior office management or medical office leadership experience.

Working knowledge of insurance verification, copays, eligibility, scheduling, and patient information.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Professional, polished, and friendly in-person presence.

Ability to stay calm and positive during busy clinic hours.

Trustworthy with sensitive patient, clinic, and operational information.

Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and follow-through.

Pay

$14–$20 per hour, based on experience.
