Air Import Specialist

Air Import Specialist\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking an Air\nImport Specialist\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Plan, organize, and process air shipments for import\n * Coordinate with airlines and other vendors, including trucking companies to\n ensure smooth operation\n * Generate invoices and them to customers\n * Manage monthly A/P invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with the\n accounting team by due date\n * Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international\n goods\n * Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in\n processing shipments\n * Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements\n * Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to\n customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data\n * Provide daily activity reports to management.\n * Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management\n\nQualifications\n\n * 3 : 5 years of related experience\n * Bachelor's degree preferred\n * Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\n * Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure\n * Attention to detail\n * Strong service oriented mindset\n * Ability to Multi-task\n * Korean-English Bilingual preferred\n * Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as necessary\n\n \n\n \n\nBenefits (Full-Time ONLY)\n\n * Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance\n * Life, STD, LTD Insurance\n * 401(K) Plan\n * Paid Time Off\n * Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)\n * Years of Service Awards\n * Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
