Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Ridgeville, SC, responsible for leading revenue growth and expanding Arcadia Cold’s customer base. This role oversees the sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. The Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with operations and finance teams to deliver integrated cold chain solutions. Daily activities include directing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and supporting the sales team, and cultivating long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners. Qualifications Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals. Experience in Sales Operations, such as forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization. Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, goal-setting, and cross-functional collaboration. Background in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or cold chain industries is highly beneficial. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data‑driven sales strategies.
