Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.People and Operations Management: Provide overall direction for the location as an inspirational leader, including meeting agreed upon financial goals and customer satisfactionDevelop and manage a high performing staff, in terms of performance, efficiency, training, and morale, as well as adherence to company standardsHiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales trainingAttending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtainedInventory Management: Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used RV's as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalizedCoordinating the appropriate supply of new and used RV's and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordinglyAuditing all appraisals of trade-in RV'sIssuing all demonstration RV's and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintainedQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is requiredFour-year degree is preferredLicense & Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record is requiredExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the RV industry or comparable experience is highly preferredAbilities: Excellent verbal and written communication and managerial skillsAbility to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelinesKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the daily operations of the organizationAbility to use a computer and other office equipmentProficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of, or ability to learn company systems applications, including ADP, Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicableAbility to work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditionsRequires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files and reportsAbility to bend or sit for long periods of timeAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 poundsCamper's Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
