We are currently looking to add to our exceptional team in our Las Vegas office.The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing. Candidates must have a good work ethic, the ability to practice law in a caring and professional manner and to work as part of a team.We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, focused, able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.Duties/Responsibilities:Client welcome interactions with in-office signups.In-office requests for attorneys.Signature of retainers and other needed documents.Support intake agents with closing cases and bringing in a new case.Speak with new callers that request to speak with an attorney.Make welcome calls to all new clients.Convert intake into matters.Managing team assignments.Referral verification process.Attend and participate in the monthly Intake Numbers meeting and prepare content as needed for that.Support Intake with questions and directions of complex or unusual cases.CCNS at Intake and drop letters.Performs other duties as required.
