This role will support payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population (3,000–4,000 employees, scaling to ~6,000 with upcoming integration efforts).This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable navigating change as we continue to build and scale our payroll operations.You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.Work EnvironmentHybrid schedule: First 90 days: Fully onsite for trainingAfter training: 2 days onsite per weekStandard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and complianceManage payroll for 3,000+ employees across multiple statesUtilize ADP GlobalView (SAP) for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeepingOversee payroll including:Gross-to-net calculationsTax filings and paymentsGarnishmentsEmployee paymentsHandle complex payroll activities such as:TerminationsAdjustments and correctionsTax amendments and reportingServe as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and managersPartner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and vendorsSupport ongoing system updates, integrations, and process improvementsMaintain strict confidentiality and data integrityWhat You BringRequired:5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll (48–49 states)Hands-on experience with ADP (GlobalView SAP strongly preferred) and ADP Workforce Manager Time solution.
