Farmers Insurance is currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dedicated team in Elko New Market! If you are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Industry experience is not required but if you are licensed and/or have experience working in Home, Auto, or Life insurance please let us know as it may expedite your hiring process.
This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your new career!
Starting salary depends on experience and has quick growth potential!
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.
- Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Licensing: WE COVER THE COST and assist you through this process. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first 60 days of hire.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
- Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Elko New Market, Minnesota office.
