Flexible Days / 4-10s or 5-8s Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage our Nurse Residency Program. This role oversees recruitment collaboration, curriculum development, program coordination, and retention strategies to support newly graduated nurses as they transition into practice. This is an excellent opportunity to lead, educate, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of nurses. Responsibilities Partner with HR to recruit and hire nurse residents Develop and implement residency curriculum, including seminars, skills labs, and simulation training Facilitate seminars and coordinate subject matter experts Monitor resident progression and maintain program records Collect data, manage surveys, and generate program reports Coordinate scheduling, venues, kickoff, and graduation sessions Lead program committees and support nurse retention initiatives Qualifications MSN required (BSN acceptable for internal candidates actively pursuing MSN) Current RN license and BLS certification Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (med-surg, ICU, or specialty) Teaching experience (formal or informal) Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., HealthStream, RQI) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Maimonides Medical Center (MMC) is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Maimonides Medical Center$44.8 - $67.2 per hour
