Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate to help manage onboarding for contractors, from pre-employment forms to completion of background checks. You will ensure compliance and maintain contractor data in the tracker, while delivering top-tier front-office service. The role also covers coordinating background/drug testing, E-Verify compliance, and organizing office operations and supplies.
