Service Manager – Razzari Ford Location: Merced, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Join One of the Central Valley's Premier Ford Dealerships Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our award-winning service department. We are looking for a Service Manager who shares those values and is ready to help take our department to the next level. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Service Department. Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Dispatchers, and support staff. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while delivering an exceptional ownership experience. Monitor departmental performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining Ford warranty compliance. Work closely with the Parts Department to maximize shop efficiency and technician productivity. Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and dealership standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Manager experience (Ford dealership experience preferred). Demonstrated history of achieving and maintaining strong CSI scores. Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate employees. Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations, service processes, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead by example with a positive, team-first attitude. Experience using dealership management systems and service software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
