Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: San Diego, CAJob type: Permanent- FulltimePrimary needs:Requirements definitionBusiness process flow documentationTest case planningUAT facilitationCommunication skillsCollaboration skillsTeam playerSecondary needs:Experience in insurance industry highly preferredExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred (admin track ideal) with desire to deepen knowledge of platform and capabilitiesWe need an onsite resource that will be available to work in office 8-5 daily to work with other team members. Facilitate story grooming with stakeholders and to utilize experience with Salesforce platform to guide user expectations on requirements definition.Years of admin experience is less important than years of BA experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with insurance industry business processes and vernacular.Ability to IT SME for Salesforce and to act as knowledge curator for continually growing number of business processes / integrations and functionality on the Salesforce platform.
