They are always looking to add talent to the team and provide coaching to further develop those already on the team. They regularly monitor financial and operational results in order to make adjustments where needed. They understand the company values and ensure those values are being upheld every day.You're in charge of all people and operations for a Wendy's restaurant. (Some college experience or military background?
