Production Laborers

PRODUCTION LABOR - Pay Range= $17 - $18.50/HR.


This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.


Integrity Trade Services is hiring a PRODUCTION LABORERS for our client to start at $17 - $18.50/HR. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!


Responsibilities:


Will provide general labor support for the manufacturing processes.

• Perform general labor tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping the floor, debris removal, relocating and bundling scrap or cutoff material to designated locations, panel repair and other general labor duties.

• Clean and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, strapping and other material in designated containers.

• Sort and pack materials, participate in inventory counts.

• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.

• Will use tools such as hammers, crowbars, box cutters to remove strapping and other packaging materials.

• General cleaning and inspection process of tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment.

• Assist forklift operators, when requested, in changing batteries and propane tanks

• Perform entry level carpentry finishing tasks as requested or needed.

*Overtime mandatory when required, could work 50 hours a week*


Location: Phoenix


Schedule/Shift Details:


1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - $17/hr.


2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm - $18.50/hr.


Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED preferred

• Occasional exposure to heights and to changing weather and ground and/or floor conditions

• Regularly exposed to fumes, dust, high noise levels, and vibrations

• At least one year of experience in a similar role and environment is preferred

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs. distances of up to 10 feet

• Ability to ascent or descend a adder or work atop a platform

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
