This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience Requirements1-2 years of shop, oilfield, or mechanical experience requiredValid Driver's License with a clean MVR requiredForklift experience preferredExperience with frac operations, pressure pumping, flowback crews, or well service operations preferredJob DutiesAssemble, maintain, and test oilfield pipes, elbows, tees, valves, and fittingsPerform fitting, piping, and mechanical assembly using hand and power toolsAssist with hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshootingSupport pressure testing and quality inspectionsRig up and rig down equipment at frac locationsInstall, inspect, and pressure-test frac ironMake up and break out hammer unionsIdentify worn, damaged, or leaking iron and connectionsSupport shipping, receiving, staging, and production activities as neededFollow all company safety procedures and quality standardsPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Shop Technician.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.Steel-toed footwear is requiredBenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.No hoops.
