Client Director- Midwest & Mid-Atlantic Region As the Client Director for Louis Vuitton's Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive client strategy for the region. You will lead a high performing management team, ensuring seamless collaboration amongst all stakeholders. You will own your team's performance in leading the entire client journey, building brand loyalty and maximizing exceptional categories as everyday business drivers. This role reports to the Regional Vice President and will be based in Chicago. Job responsibilities Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing the client recruitment and retention strategy for the region in partnership with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate, ensuring the strategy supports the brand's global vision and objectives. Overseeing the regional Client Relations and Client Development teams' execution of the client strategy with a keen focus on existing top clients and emerging high net worth clients. Driving Client Development competencies across all levels of retail, setting expectations for client outreach and engagement and leading the Regional Client Development team toward achieving objectives. Profile A successful candidate will have extensive experience in creating, leading, and delivering exceptional experiences for High Net Worth Clients. You will possess top tier people leadership skills, and be a strong developer of talent, specifically at the Senior Management level. To excel in this role, you must be an innovative thinker, have a growth mindset in how to deliver in your daily role, and be curious about understanding and operating in diverse climates and cultures.
