Overview
Registered Nurse – Psychiatry, Lawton, Oklahoma. Travel assignment starting 09/25/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,724–$1,880 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 3x12-hour shifts in an inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults and/or adolescents in a psychiatric inpatient setting during night shifts
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop, implement, and revise care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects
- Monitor patient safety, de-escalate agitation, and respond to psychiatric emergencies per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Document care activities accurately in the medical record and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Night shift availability and ability to work in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
- Psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience preferred
