Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Educate customers on processMaintain customer and client communicationsEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule, timeline, and budgetIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clientsSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawExposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsCompensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
