Landscape Service Provider Role

Responsibilities
Own a book of complex, higher-value construction projects spanning commercial, HOA, office park, and municipal landscape and hardscape work, including increasingly intricate scope such as structural hardscape, specialty materials, and granite.
Own job budgets and margin from bid handoff through final billing.
Track labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs against estimate.
Duties
Serve as the primary client-facing contact for owners, general contractors, and property managers on complex jobs.
Run progress meetings and manage change orders.
Lead subcontractor negotiations and scope management on higher-complexity hardscape work.
