The individual will support day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support health claims operations and business processes.Provide operational guidance and subject matter expertise to claims teams.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.Partner with business stakeholders to improve service levels and claims outcomes.Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.Qualifications7+ years of health claims operations experience.Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, workflows, and industry practices.Proven leadership or supervisory experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.No technical expertise required.NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $136,275.00 to $227,125.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
