What You'll Do
- Provide specialized care to neonatal intensive care patients following the nursing process
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes
- Educate families on neonatal care and support
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, legal, and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
What You Need
- Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in NICU or pediatrics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred:
- Certification in a relevant clinical specialty
