ONBOARDING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires Verify the employmenteligibilityof all new hires Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed Work collaboratively with other team members to activelysourcenew development resourcesas needed based onrequests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers Perform other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks Ability to learn quickly on the joband work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs High level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgencyto get things done Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

This isnota remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Hawthorne, CA area Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: Level 1: $27.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
