Human Resources Management SpecialistOBXtek is hiring for a highly qualified Human Resources Management Specialist at the Journeyman level of seniority to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP) and Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) Support Services contract (Hemisphere) contract in the El Segundo, CA area.Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking mid-level (or "Journeyman") Human Resource Management Specialists that must have:Experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activitiesSpecific experience in the areas of:Civilian Human Resource ManagementMilitary & Civilian Manpower ManagementInformation Management/Operations SupportSpecific experience performing Human Resource Management services in the Government (Military or Civil Service), Federally-Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or profit/non-profit Government support/development contractor arenasExperience providing support for Executive Officer dutiesPlease note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.
