Account Manager (m/w/d) - Open Source | Remote-First

Aufgaben
- Du betreust deine Kunden vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Vertragsverlängerung – persönlich, verbindlich, lösungsorientiert
- Du berätst zu Open-Source-Subscriptions, Supportverträgen und ergänzenden Services (z. B. SUSE, Red Hat, GitLab, HashiCorp)
- Du baust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und entwickelst bestehende Accounts strategisch weiter
- Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und arbeitest eng mit unseren technischen Teams zusammen
- Du bringst Struktur in deine Pipeline, übernimmst Forecasts und pflegst dein CRM
- Du bist präsent – auf Community-Events, Fachmessen oder in digitalen Austauschformaten
Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung im Account Management, Vertrieb oder Customer Success im Software-/IT-Bereich erforderlich
- Kenntnisse in Open-Source-Geschäftsmodellen (Subscriptions, Support, Consulting) wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Begeisterung für Technologie
- Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise – auch im Remote-Setting
- Spaß an interkultureller Zusammenarbeit und einem offenen, internationalen Team
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) sowie sicheres Englisch im Tagesgeschäft
