Senior Finance Manager, Export LATAM Provide end-to-end financial leadership for Latam Distributor Markets (LDM), ensuring strong governance, disciplined financial execution, and robust performance management across a decentralized, distributor-driven model. Act as a key finance partner to drive profitable growth, cash discipline, and strategic alignment across LATAM. Responsibilities Report to CFO LATAM & SSA. Manage: Financial Governance & Market Oversight Ensure consistent financial governance across LDM markets, adapting standards to distributor-based operating models Oversee financial integrity of distributor reporting, including sell‑in / sell‑out alignment and inventory control Monitor compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions Performance Management & Value Creation Lead performance tracking across LDM clusters (NR, GM, OI, working capital) with clear visibility on drivers and risks Drive disciplined planning cycles (budget, forecasts, outlooks), ensuring realistic market assumptions Identify growth opportunities and margin improvement levers in partnership with commercial teams FP&A & Regional Integration Act as LDM lead within LATAM FP&A Co‑Pilot consolidation Deliver high‑quality financial insights and forward‑looking analysis to support regional and global decision‑making Ensure alignment of LDM performance with regional targets and OI protection agenda Business Partnership & Strategic Support Serve as key finance partner to LDM commercial leadership and Regional CFO Support distributor negotiations, commercial models, and route‑to‑market optimization Contribute to strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets and portfolio prioritization Internal Control & Risk Management Implement fit‑for‑purpose control frameworks adapted to distributor environments Assess and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across LDM footprint Ensure transparency and reliability of financial data coming from external partners Qualifications Ability to operate in high‑complexity, low‑direct‑control environments Strong business partnering with commercial teams and external distributors High analytical rigor combined with pragmatic execution Clear communication with regional and global leadership Strong financial governance and control mindset Experience with FP&A, forecasting, and performance management Ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working across multiple markets or regions Benefits This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
