You Have: 8+ years of experience as a technical lead on complex federal IT programs Experience managing data center operations and government procurements for data center equipment of hardware and software Experience with data platform modernization, including Snowflake or AWS native analytics, mission-system O&M, and hybrid datacenter‑to‑cloud transitions Experience architecting modernization strategies for large legacy portfolios, including migration cohort planning, code‑scan interpretation, and refactoring strategies Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and secure CI/CD pipeline design and architecting modernization pathways involving cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and enterprise data platform enablement Knowledge of physical security architectures and equipment, including hardware and software, and configuring physical security tools across multiple site locations connected to the network infrastructure Knowledge of cloud architectures, including AWS landing zones and secure FedRAMP‑ready environments Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree CompTIA Cloud+ Certification Nice If You Have: Experience designing AI accelerated migration or documentation workflows Knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements, including NIST 800‑53 and RMF, and Zero Trust pattern CompTIA Security+ Certification Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
