About the Role

Rebar Concrete Products is looking for a reliable, hard-working Office and Warehouse Assistant to join our McKinney team. This is a hands-on, dual-role position — you'll split your time between helping customers place and process orders in our office and pitching in on the warehouse floor to pull, load, and organize materials. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, and you're comfortable both on the phone with a customer and on a forklift, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with orders, questions, and pricing
• Enter and process customer orders using our computer/order system
• Provide friendly, accurate customer service throughout the ordering process
• Pull, prepare, and load material orders in the warehouse
• Operate a forklift safely to move and stage inventory
• Assist with general warehouse organization, inventory checks, and daily upkeep
• Support the office with general administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with the team to make sure orders go out accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Comfortable using a computer for order entry and basic office tasks
• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone
• Ability to multitask between office and warehouse responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed for warehouse duties
