Sales Lead

Pay $21-$23/hr commensurate on experience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Lead role based in SoHo, New York. The Sales Lead supports daily boutique operations by driving sales, delivering an elevated client experience, and maintaining Bonpoint’s visual and service standards. Responsibilities include welcoming and advising clients, building long-term relationships, maintaining a strong consignment business, and meeting individual and store sales targets. The Sales Lead also helps train and mentor team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service expectations, while assisting with floor coordination, merchandising, inventory processes, and opening/closing procedures. This role collaborates closely with store management to execute brand initiatives, support events, and ensure a refined, welcoming environment aligned with Bonpoint’s image. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and build lasting relationships. Proven Sales and Sales Management experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in Training and coaching retail teams, including onboarding and developing talent on product knowledge and sales techniques. Ability to manage day-to-day boutique operations, including merchandising standards, POS systems, inventory support, and basic reporting. Solid understanding of fashion or luxury retail, ideally in childrenswear, and genuine interest in Bonpoint’s aesthetic and values. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, fashion, or related fields is a plus.
