Manage the delivery of products and services in a fast-paced client environment. Gather, analyze, and facilitate business requirements among multiple stakeholders. Understand business functions and develop domain expertise. Create, maintain, and update user documentation. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions. Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Process and present data to create meaningful stories and develop business hypotheses. Establish correlations between disparate data sources using business knowledge. Evaluate reporting requirements, output formats, and business needs. Design and document business processes and data flows to support analytical initiatives and data pipelines. Present analytical findings and translate data insights into actionable business solutions. Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification writing, milestone planning, quality assurance, and product delivery. Coordinate effectively with offshore and remote teams to ensure successful project execution. Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL, data extraction, and data processing techniques. Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
